How do I customize which self-service elements are shown in my customers account management?
Head to Settings > Configuration > Checkout and account management settings, and then click the 'Self service' tab. You can use the toggles to the right of each element to turn it on or off. Hit the 'Update preferences' button to save your changes.
Remember, the more functionality you allow your customers to use in the self-service embed, the lower your contact rate and time spent on customer service, so it's useful to include as much functionality as you can.
