How do I customize my checkout confirmation screen?

Head to Settings > Configuration > Checkout and account management settings, and then scroll to the 'Confirmation screen' section. Here you can customize the text and redirect URL of your checkout confirmation screen.

Can I add my branding to the checkout?

Yes, you can customize all elements of our interaction with your customers on the brand customization page in your settings. Head to Settings > Configuration > Brand customization and you'll be able to choose your own colors and typography so that your brand identity will appear on the checkout. This will help create a more native experience for your customers. You'll be able to see your changes in real time so that you can preview what this will look like in live.

How do I show which cards are supported in my checkout?

Supported cards are not automatically shown to your customer by your chosen payment gateway. You'll need to tell us which cards are supported by your gateway and which logos to show to your customers. Head to Settings > Configuration > Checkout and account management settings, and then under 'Show or hide features' you will be able to select which card logos you would like to show in the checkout.

How do I add terms of use and privacy policy to my checkout?

If you want to add terms of use and privacy policy to your checkout you just need to head to Settings > Configuration > Checkout and account management. Just scroll down to the 'Terms of use and privacy policy' section and you'll be able to add URL's for both of these. Your customers will then be required to accept these during the checkout flow.

How do I add JavaScript tracking to my checkout?

The JavaScript tracking integration feature is a way of tracking a customers behaviour and using this for marketing. To add your code head to Settings > Configuration > Checkout and account management settings > Scroll down to JavaScript tracking integration.

How do I customize the terminology used in checkout?

Head to Settings > Configuration > Checkout and account management settings. In the 'Terminology customization' section you change the instance of words in your checkout to better reflect your business.
