How do I run an activity summary report?
In Reports > Accounting > Activity Summary, you can run a report for a date period of your choosing, and decide whether it includes tax or not. Simply select the start date and end date from the dropdowns, whether you want it to include the current month to date and tax, and hit the 'Run report' button.
What does Discount (Rev) represent?
The combined value of all discounts reversed relating to refunded invoices refunded with the selected period. This includes invoices that were created prior to this period.
What does Tax (Rev) represent?
- The combined value of all taxes reversed relating to refunded invoices refunded within the period you've selected. This includes the invoices that were created prior to this period.
What does Write-off (Rev) represent?
The total value of all invoices which moved from 'Written-Off' to 'Paid' status during the period you've selected.
How do I run a tax summary report?
In Reports > Accounting > Tax summary, you can run a report for a date period of your choosing. Simply select the start date and end date from the dropdowns, whether you want it split by jurisdiction or country, and hit the 'Run report' button.
What does the taxable amount figure represent?
The 'Taxable Amount' column displays the total amount of invoices marked as 'Paid' or 'Paid Offline' during the period you've selected.
How do I download a report?
To download a report, simply click the CSV button in the top right and a .CSV file containing the report will be downloaded to your device.
