Hi everyone,
I’m currently using Billsby for subscription management and had a question about handling proration. If a customer upgrades their plan in the middle of a billing cycle, what’s the best way to apply proration so they’re charged fairly for the remaining time? Is this something that can be configured directly in Billsby, or does it need to be handled manually through custom logic or credits? I’ve checked the documentation but want to make sure I’m following the recommended approach. Any guidance or examples would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance!
