Support isn't working.

I’ve had a clients that has paid for her and her husband when the payment came out recently, it was 4 payments, but only 2 payments showed up on her billsby profile. Who got the other 2 payments and where did they go since they were not on their profile. When I tried to contact customer service in tie chat, that said I couldn’t. Hopefully this gets resolved quickly.

If someone from billsby is seeing this, I need to to reach out so I can solve this matter for my client.
