Final Request for Action – clients Cards Transfer

I’m writing to express serious concern regarding the ongoing delays in transferring our customers’ credit card details to Authorize.net — a request we made on july 23.

We’ve:

Confirmed agreement to the quoted £ 1,000 fee.

Asked that the charge be processed.

Requested an urgent start to the migration.

Followed up multiple times with no meaningful progress.

We are now over a month past our original request, and our business operations remain paused as we await your response. This delay is causing significant financial and operational damage to our business.

Please advise immediately:

  1. Has the charge been processed?

  2. Has the engineering team begun the migration?

  3. If not — what is the exact roadblock?

If you are unable to proceed with this migration, kindly escalate this matter to your engineering manager or provide direct contact to someone who can.

We are prepared to take further action, including filing complaints with the appropriate business and regulatory bodies, if this issue is not resolved by the end of this week.
