This year billsby been disappointing

Upon starting subscriptions new clients aren't able to use their debit card only credit cards and this just started happening. This is making me lose income also, I am not able to use the chat inside billsby it's saying I'm inactive and offline which is false. I am a paying customer and but here for 4 years. This year is the most problems i had with billsby and it's hard to communicate with anyone here.


Does anyone have a solution to these matters above?
