Urgent Client Billing Issue – Immediate Assistance Required
To Whom It May Concern,
I have been a loyal Billsby customer for over three years. I am extremely dissatisfied and frustrated with the current situation. I am receiving the following error message when attempting to process payments:
“Your environment (NoLxkvv9xuY9DnI6mGp6YsgpIDR) has not been activated for real transactions with real payment methods. If you're using a Test Gateway you can ONLY use Test payment methods - (https://docs.spreedly.com/reference/test-data). All other credit card numbers are considered real credit cards; real credit cards are not allowed when using a Test Gateway.”
To be clear: I have never operated in a "Test" environment. My payment processor is 5 Star Processing. I’ve confirmed with their support team that everything on their end is functioning correctly. I also contacted Authorize.net, who verified that my API credentials and transaction key are accurate and active—just as they have been for the past three years. Again, no issues were found on their end.
I reached out to Billsby support during business hours and have yet to receive any response. The in-portal chat shows no activity from your team for over 24 hours—during the business week—coinciding with the time these issues began.
My subscription processed without issue on the 19th, and the system was functioning normally until now. Due to this unresolved error, I have already lost over $1,000 in revenue and narrowly avoided losing an additional $1,500 today by implementing a temporary workaround. If this continues into tomorrow, our small business stands to lose even more revenue.
This situation is unacceptable. I need immediate assistance to resolve this issue and prevent further financial damage. Please treat this with the urgency it deserves.
